Installation

bin/otrs.Console.pl Admin::Package::Install /path/to/InBox\ LinkedFAQBar-6.0.1.opm

Configuration

Enter the name of the dynamic field

To do this navigate to the 'Admin -> System Configuration' and search for LinkedFAQBar::Core::DynamicFieldCustomers

Enter the name of the customer's dynamic field.

Usage

It is necessary to configure a dynamic field in the FAQ to inform the customer ID.
